That is great news!

And there is even greater news for you, for all who choose to believe. The price has already been paid for your sins, for your freedom, and with it a path to forgiveness and everlasting life provided by our Father through His son Jesus Christ.

 

“For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

John 3:16

 

“For God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through him”. John 3:17

 

{Understand it makes no difference what you’ve done, God loves you. We are all sinners, not a one of us worthy of our Holy God’s forgiveness.  The simple truth is we cannot earn salvation, but through God’s love and by His grace, He sent his son, our Savior Jesus, that through him we may be forgiven of our sins and found clean, righteous before our living God.}

 

Jesus said –  “I came that they may have life and have it more abundantly.”

“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.” John 10:10-11

 

{the path is easy}

“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1: 9

 

{Jesus said}

“Truly truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes Him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from Death To Life.” John 5:24

 

“Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the LORD, so that he may have compassion on him, and to our God for He will freely forgive.” Isaiah 55:7

 

{God already knows the things you have been through.  He also knows the things you have done. And, you may feel whatever it is, that it is too big or too bad to be forgiven for}

“But if a wicked person turns away from all the sins they have committed and keeps all my statutes and does what is just and right, he shall surely live; “he shall not die.”

“None of the offenses they have committed shall be remembered against them;”

“for the righteous things they have done they shall live. Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked declares the Lord God, and not rather that they should turn from their ways and live?” Ezekiel 18:21-32

 

{forgiveness begins with repentance, it is the very step in coming to faith in Jesus Christ. In fact, there can be no forgiveness without it.}

“I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish.” Luke 13:3

{If you are tired of sin and guilt, and ready to be saved and find peace, all you have to do is acknowledge you are a sinner, that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. That Jesus came and died for your sins. Ask for His forgiveness and turn from your sins. That is repentance, and again without repentance there can be no forgiveness.}

 

{Jesus Christ knows you and he loves you. What matters to him is the attitude of your heart, your honesty. If you would like to know him and know you will be set aside for eternal life through Jesus, just repeat the following prayer from your heart;

 

“Dear God, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe Jesus Christ is your son, I believe that he came to this earth and died for my sins and that you raised him to life again on the third day. I want to trust him as my savior and follow him as Lord, from this day forward to the rest of my life. Please come into my heart, guide my life and help me to live according to your will not my own, until my last breath, I pray this in the name of your precious son Jesus Christ, amen.”

 

Jesus said “I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents”

Luke 15: 10

 

If you said that prayer then praise God the Angels in heaven are rejoicing, and I am very excited for you. The feeling of God taking control over your life is amazing!

 

Now, to change old habits you must surround yourself with like minded people who love God, worship Him and seek His will.  Find a chuch, get involved and use the talents and gifts God gave you with love, to honor and bring glory to Him.

 

Remember this, the devil who is also alive and is always learking seeking lives and souls to destroy, will not be happy to lose yours so you can expect harrasment and challenges as satin tries to derail you, but just remember and claim this, satin cannot harm you as you belong to God, your strength your defensive, your guidance comes from God.

 

The Living Word of God, the Bible, is a guide, a defense, a believers instruction manual that will reveal it’s power to you as you read, you will grow in faith. So read it, God will speak to you through it. God is a faithful and will stand by you.  Satin can only frustrate you, just acknowledge you belong to God and trust in Him for all things in Good Times and bad.

 

And as you go forward remember this, when Jesus was asked which was the greatest of all the Commandments, Jesus said the greatest of The Commandments; you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and second is like unto it, you shall love you Neighbour as yourself. On these two Commandments hang all the laws of the prophets”.

 

 

Again, when a wicked person turns away from the wickedness he has committed and does what is just right he shall save his life.” Ezekiel 18: 27

“For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly father will also forgive you.”

 

“You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart Jeremiah 29:13

 

What if I fall will God give up on me?

“For the Lord makes firm the steps of one who Delights in him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his righteous hand”.
